1. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older. By submitting a project, you confirm that the work is your own original creation and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

2. Submission Requirements

Each participant may submit one project per category: Mobile App, Game, Web Platform, or Digital Content. Projects must be submitted through the official form and include accurate details, a valid project link, and a short description.

3. Voting & Judging

Projects will be shared within the EthroLink community. Winners are determined by public voting (likes) and EthroLink’s review panel. EthroLink reserves the right to disqualify votes deemed fraudulent.

4. Deadlines

All projects must be submitted before October 21st, 2025, 11:59 PM GMT. Late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

The top 10 projects in each category will be awarded digital certificates and featured on the EthroLink platform. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Intellectual Property

Participants retain full ownership of their projects but grant EthroLink a non-exclusive license to showcase submitted work for promotional purposes.

7. Disqualification

EthroLink reserves the right to disqualify any project that violates these terms, contains inappropriate content, or does not meet submission guidelines.

8. Changes

EthroLink may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updates.
